With apologies for the pedantry, are the September dates really EST rather than EDT (observing Daylight Saving)?

They are all current Eastern time for the days they fall on.

Currently American Eastern is UTC-4 and you put -5 in the post, that's what confused me and might confuse anyone else doing math. I'll write down EDT so I'm definitely never late, lol.

I think the dates on your AO3 are incorrect - it says sign ups close in Sept but open in Oct
